Service Requests and Estimates

All service requests are subject to our acceptance. We will provide an estimate for services upon request. Estimates are approximate and may change based on actual conditions discovered during service. Final pricing will be communicated before work begins.

Payment Terms

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWDERTECH ELECTRIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
